If you are looking for something creepy then you have got to check out Cleve Hall who is a special effects make-up artist and stars in the reality show Monster Man.

His hair is long and with his receding hairline, the forehead is big. His eyes are piercing with that red tint. His side burns are long and come down to a point that crosses the cheek. A goatee circles the mouth. His hair color is very dark brown. He has black fingernail polish to go along with his dark and evil look. The event here is the  2012 Operation Fitness Fitness and Health Expo in Culver City.

Justin Bieber Spiky Hair

Here's a great example of Justin's disheveled spiky haircut at 102.7 KIIS FM's Wango Tango 2012 Concert.

The sides of this one are shaved close to the scalp and the side burns come down to a point in front of the ears. The bangs are spiked up with mouse and the whole top is messed up for a less than perfect look, although he always seems to look perfect no matter what.

Rihanna has switched it up a bit with a long wavy hairstyle that has an asymmetrical appeal with a shaved side here at the "Battleship" Los Angeles Premiere.
