Anne Hathaway Boyish Pixie Cut

The pixie cuts that we are seeing on the Hollywood stars lately are uber hot right now. Ann's got a very boyish version of one at "The Dark Knight Rises" World Premiere.

Take a look at how the top of this style is layered in such a way as to allow finger combing! The bangs are super short and fringy looking. The sides are straight down and cut above the ears in an arch shape. There is no defined part for a bit of a tousled effect but this is still quite the put together 'do. There is slight height at the top of the crown that could be helped along with a smidgen of ratting of the underneath roots.

Ann Curry at Kenny Chesney in Concert on NBC's "Today Show"

Ann is looking rather lovely on the day of Kenny's show on June 22nd. Her bob gently curls around the bottom edge giving this one a softened appeal.

1920's Typical Style for Women

This photograph was taken in the late 1920's and represents how a typical woman would have worn her hair and clothes.

Minnie

She was all the rage with a wavy bob that has a side part and is cut to ear length. The ends flair out a bit giving this 'do a less manicured look. Her glasses are round and on the large size. Her expression looks a bit mischievous which might tell us a little bit about Minnie's personality. We know her name as it is handwritten on the photo. Here is a close up of her.
