Charlize Theron is shown in this photo arriving at The Late Show with David Letterman on June 24th, 2008 with her side swept bang sedu hairstyle. Her lovely blonde hair looks golden here in the sun light. She is wearing a simple black dress.

A braided ponytail can add a touch of simple vintage to any occasion. What an easy way to style the hair on one of those days when there is no time to wash and spend time styling. This braid is placed low at the back of the head and it drapes over the shoulder so as to be seen in the front view. The top strands are smooth and shiny which could be achieved with the use of a flat iron prior to braiding.

Here is a cute little girl with pigtails and a big smile. This is always a fun look for kids. This missy is wearing a side with hair brushed over to one side and a few strands are left out to dangle over one eye which helps the hairstyle to not look so perfect.

Usher is all about style and class here at the BET Awards 2008. His very short hairstyle has a shaped and manicured border that frames his face. It has a straight line across the forehead with a signature shape at the side that incorporates a conservative side burn. He has just a hint of a goatee that is very faint. He is wearing a round neck sweater with flashy design and striped shirt underneath. The designer sunglasses top off the look.

Alicia Keys wore her locks in their full and naturally curly state to the BET Awards 2008 – Press Room in Los Angeles. Hair is pulled straight back on top in a smooth fashion and secured high on the back of the head and then the strands are left to do what they do best. This is a beautiful and feminine look perfect for many special occasions when you may be opting for something a little less conservative than most formal hairstyles.
