She has big 80's fluff with long almost dreadlocks that have ribbon laced through the waves. Shells are attached at random intervals throughout the mop-like 'do. This hairstyle is possible with a wig or your own locks whichever you prefer. She has polished off her look with a felt top hat that has an ornamental feather attached. The hat sits up high and at an angle.

Bella Thorne Long Braid

Bella is wearing her long locks in a loose side swept braid that drapes over one shoulder for an asymmetrical look.
