Wanna Look Like Miley?

Miley knows how to turn heads here at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.

Her dynamite smile and pretty eyes stand out, but this outfit is hot. That is a short and flashy black skirt with a simple white tank. Many necklaces layered on top of each other drape down her front and match several bracelets that decorate one wrist. Very long wavy tresses seem to be a favorite for this teen singer. Hair extensions could certainly help get the length if needed to copy her look.
