Here is a cute cut for anyone with fine hair and a cowlick at the forehead.
The shade is medium/dark brown that looks rather sultry with her green eyes. The length is short to medium and brushes just past the shoulders. A side part works well as the bangs are angle cut and brushed over to the side. Light Layers give the look of movement and a bit more fullness around the crown.
