Natalie Portman looks cute here at the 65th Annual Film Festival with her long wavy hairdo and stylish casual tee shirt / tunic. Her top has butterfly sleeves and a scoop neck with a cool screen print. She is wearing jeans dark sunglasses. Her hairstyle would be easy to re-create with a spiral perm that starts at about ear level and the top is left straight. Allowing the strands to air dry would be great to preserve the hair health or one could use a diffuser and finger scrunch. If one had naturally curly locks, blow drying near the roots would help get the look.

The ends looking a bit like beachy waves and these could be accomplished by braiding this area and then removing it. The top section is parted in the middle and then pulled back and secured.
