Here is a picture of a typical 80's bi-level hairstyle with big bright yellow wicker earrings to set the retro mood. Hair was cut short on the sides and left longer in the back. Bigger was better so puffy curls were in order. Heavy hold hair gels were used as well as very firm hairspray. Primary colors were popular then and they had to be bold. Making a stand-out-in-the-crowd statement was the goal. Most women of this time had perms in their hair. This gave the added lift, curl, and puff that was necessary to fit into the fashion.
Are you looking for a picture of a spiky mohawk for Halloween or any other party? Here is a guy with orange/red hair that is shaved on both sides and only has a strip of dragon-like spikes down the middle. Egg whites would work wonders to make this hairdo. If you are not into shaving your head for Halloween, you could always get one of those caps that make it look like you have shave your head and then take something like paint brushes and cut off the bristles and glue them to the cap. Then take egg whites and make them into peaks and allow to dry. It may be difficult to die the paint brushes but it may be possible.

The 1980's have a strong influence in hair and fashion right now. Leggings in bright colors, off the shoulder tee-shirts, and wild hairdos are on the rise. Take a look at these girls with full and big hair. If you have naturally curly hair, you can just let it do it's thing. If you have straight fine locks, you may have to add some hair products to get that ratted big fluff. This picture shows some good ideas for an 80's theme party, halloween party, or just for a memberable entrance for back to school. At any rate, girls just wanna have fun.

Women sometimes look for something a little different for a fun and unique hairstyle to wear out on the town. Maybe you are looking for a great hairdo idea for an 80's tacky party, or Halloween party. This is one to check out as this woman is wearing her short hair in a faux hawk style with crazy colors to boot. She has dark brown hair with burgundy and golden blonde added to the tall spike in the middle for some extra punch. There are temporary hair color options if you do not want to wear these colors day in and day out.

Greg Behrendt shows up here in this picture with a fun men's hairstyle and it is borderline 80's fashion. The back is longer than the sides (which was typical of the mullet) and the top is spiked up with strands finely separated with some hair texturizing product. The sides are slicked back over the ears and the back is collar length. He has light brown hair that has some honey highlights.
