Anna Maria Perez with Retro 60s Hairstyle

Anna Maria Perez looks like a hit here in this picture of her taken at the Shizue Boutique Grand Opening Summer Soiree in Beverly Hills on June 26th 2008. She has got some real retro sparkle here with her bouffant on top and long spiral curls below. This hairstyle has the appearance of a partial updo with the back combing on the crown. The hair is pulled straight back and smoothed over the top of the ratted underneath layers and secured high on the back of the head with a clip. This would help to get the height that we see here. The bangs are flat ironed and brushed to one side. She is holding a cute little dog in her arms and toting a fancy hand bag in the other.

Modern 60s Haircut for Men

There is a strong 60's influence here with this young man's hairstyle. It features a full bang that is combed forward and over to one side. There are layers in graduated lengths on the side and they come down to about mid ear. He has a touch of wave to his strands that add just a bit of a bed head look which is popular right now.

Retro 60s Bob with Headband

Wild and Big Retro Partial Updo

Now, here is a hairdo that reflects the retro 80s as well as the 60s in the fact that it combines the big full hair and the ratted bouffant. This is a partial updo with the back left down and long almost resembling the mane of a horse, and the sides are pulled up and secured at the back of the crown. The long strands at the top front are back combed and full of firm hold hair product to help it keep its shape which is tall and swirled around. This is certainly an eye catcher for those to who love to stand out. What a wild style but at the same time, its kind of fun and remotely cute.

Today's Bouffant

I remember the holidays in the early 70s when the adults were still stuck in the 60s like we see here with the bouffant.
