Katy Perry is rocking her unique pink hair color and vintage Bettie Page bangs here at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards.
Her deep set bangs are very short and rolled under in a semi circular fashion. The sides are pulled back and held in place with bobby pins while the length comes down in easy curls. Her pink studded leather jacket resembles something a 1950's singing cowgirl may have worn. She is sticking to her fine retro form.
