Miley Cyrus seems to love retro fashion and here she is with long casual waves that begin at about ear level. They have the look of separatation which can be accomplished with products such as Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray that helps to get that just off the salt water appeal. Another little detail that gets its roots from the past is her 3 gold chains with charms that was popular with teenagers in the 70s. This picture was taken at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards.
