Meg Ryan is known for her bedhead look and she keeps up with that even when she has long gentle waves as we can see here in this picture of her taken at The International Women's Media Foundation Courage in Journalism Awards. Her dirty blonde color is nicely highlighted with some golden strands. Hair is parted in the middle and has a bit of a retro flair from the 70s. She could possibly be sporting hair extensions here but one could only guess. Either way, her tousled style is cute on her. Bright red lipstick is a nice contrast to her light hair and skin.
