This cut is quite emo with an uneven bang that is purposely done in a stair step fashion and sides that look quite shaggy.
Cyndi has always been known for her crazy hairstyles that date back to at least the 1980's. This one is no different with it's unique character. The tousled appearance is somewhat like beachy waves that look as though they may have been made by salt water and sun.
