Light blonde locks shimmer in the sunlight and the crimped waves give a different spin on a traditonal style. A low pontytail is the best way to start this look and then use bobby pins to fan the strands out and place them where you want. Her suntan face is a nice look for Spring and of course spray tanning is a good option if one is concerned about sun damage.
