Mariah Carey with Retro Look

Mariah Carey is looking rather retro here in this blue button up shirt that she has tied up above her waist, a multi colored short jean skirt, and long, big spiral curls. Her locks are medium brown with hints of golden highlights that add warmth. She has a side part with hair styled smooth down to about chin length where they transition to loose curls.
