This blue wavy bob goes well with a black fedora that she has sitting high on the crown and tilted back off of the forehead.

Katy is known for crazy hairstyles and colors and she does not disappoint here at the Nickelodeon's 25th Annual Kids' Choice Awards with a long ponytail!
It is secured at the top of the head in "I Dream of Jeannie" style. The bangs and all are pulled back rather tightly in a slicked fashion. The ponytail is extremely long and straight and is two tone with blue and purple. This part could very easily be a hair piece that can be purchased and added. Her own strands can be seen at the crown as they are dark. She is dressed in a neon chartreuse green sports bra and heels. Her gathered short skirt is green, white, and black or navy. For those looking for good examples of K.P. costumes for Halloween or parties, this one would be fun to copy.
Katy's bright blue shade of hair color here at the 4th Annual Roc Nation Pre-GRAMMY Brunch adds a punch to her straight and inverted bob.
She has a side part and is bang-less. The length is short in the back and it's a tad longer in the front where the strands come down to a point at mid neck. This color matches her eyes and her lipstick and dress are contrasting pink.
