Cary Hart is a freestyle motocross racer who sports a full neck tattoo and ball cap as he attends the MAGIC Fashion and Apparel Trade Show in August.

Hair is cut above the ears and is short in the back, but the bangs are full and brushed forward and then over in a side swept fashion.
