This hairstyle reminded us of something that Marilyn Monroe may have worn and the curls shout retro 1950s glamor.
So the back is pulled up and secured at the top with bobby pins while the emphasis of this updo is concentrated at the top front. This retro 1950's hairstyle is gaining popularity for modern men hairstyles.
The sides are cut short and close to the scalp with the top being longer and the strands are combed up to create great height. This is the same type of style that John Travolta sported in Grease as Danny Zuko only minus the duck tail in front. The black horn rimmed glasses are right in step with the hot looks of days gone by.

This is a loose version of this retro 50's men's hairstyle with a modern edge.
