To get this style for yourself, smooth out the top layers while blow-drying with a paddle brush and then use a diffuser while scrunching and spiraling with fingers on the lower half. A narrow flat iron can be used to touch up the waves by holding it vertically and winding sections around it in a spiral motion. A defining hair product on palms can be used to help with the styling once the strands are dry. Do not brush through locks but rather use fingers to prevent a frizzy appearance.
