When we have hair problems that cause stress and anxiety, sometimes it is just best to embrace our inherent traits and just go with them. Spending time blow-drying and straightening is not only time consuming, but can be damaging over time. Here are some examples of how curly and frizzy locks can actually be an asset. A helpful hint to preserve the health of the locks is to not shampoo every day but rather get the strands wet and run a creme rinse through or conditioner only and then style.
