Adam Lambert has various versions of his classic pompadour styles here:

This pose is from the 20th Annual AIDS Foundation in 2012 and his tall spikes look like flames with silver highlights on the ends.

This version is sleek and smooth with height on top and short sides. He has an unshaven look with facial hair including a goatee and mustache.

This one is the most edgy with one side that is cut close to the scalp and has a pattern shaved into it. The top is quite disheveled and long. It is brushed toward the other side which comes down like a choppy bob.

Silver highlights are added to the top of the ends here as well.
